  1. Complete Mechanical and Electrical Services for auditorium, stage, offices, reception, changing rooms, etc (1700 m2).
  2. Removal of the existing oil fired boiler and underground oil tanks. Replaced with a new natural gas fired energy efficient boiler including adjustment to the existing controls installation and the installation of energy measuring devices.
